Later this year (hopefully), we will be opening our Reflection Garden, opposite the boating lake at Abbey Park. The garden was the idea of one of our sub committee members, who approached the City Council Parks Department. Within the garden there will be a bench that will display a plaque that the City Council donated to us.
The quote written on the plaque was chosen by WALL staff, in the hope that it will inspire victims to seek the help they need. The plaque also has the helpline number on it.
