LOCATION: Leicester

JOB TITLE: Chief Executive

 SALARY: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience

WORKING HOURS: 37 hours per week

For over 45 years, we have supported and empowered victims of domestic abuse across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland to take back control of their lives.

We are an ambitious organisation that is embarking on our next three-year strategy, preparing for future innovation and growth.

We are looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Chief Executive to drive the strategy forward and join us on our exciting journey.

If you are a dynamic leader with experience of managing financial, policy and HR functions and proven skills in fundraising, tendering and networking, who is passionately committed to prevent violence and abuse as well as providing services to meet the needs of survivors, then we want to hear from you.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring we continue to extend our reach and impact.  With strong operational roots and an entrepreneurial approach, you will understand how to deliver commissioned services and develop new approaches to increase our income in the ever changing financial and political environment,

You will share our values and build relationships and partnerships to help us achieve our vision, working with a committed Board of Trustees, keeping those we are there to support at the heart of everything we do.

You will have a strong desire to make a difference within the domestic abuse sector and commitment to working from a trauma informed perspective which underpins all our work.  You will have led an experienced team of people who are specialists in their field and provided them with the support and vision they need to strive for excellent outcomes for clients.
