Alistair Jackson has recently taken part in the challenging Chase the Sun cycling event raising over £500 for Women's Aid Leicestershire Ltd.

The event involved cycling 205 miles in a day, starting at 4.40am and finishing just after 10.00pm.

Starting in the Thames estuary, the 200+ mile route bi-sects south London, passing Richmond park, bridging the Thames, touching part of Wiggin’s Olympic Gold time trial route, plus all the usual cross-country highlights, Bramley pub, mendip hills, Cheddar gorge, arriving on the seafront finish at Burnham-on-Sea.

Congratulations to Alistair on completing this challenge, what a fantastic effort!
