Women's Aid Leicestershire Limited (WALL) provides free and confidential support and safe temporary accommodation for women with or without children suffering domestic abuse.

Domestic abuse covers a wide range of abusive behaviours including physical, sexual, psychological, verbal and financial abuse. It knows no boundaries in terms of age, class, gender, culture, ethnicity, ability or sexual orientation. It is predominantly men's violence against women and children that they know. The perpetrator can be a partner, an ex-partner or other family member.

At WALL we aim to provide services that are sensitive to and meet the needs of individual women and children.

We will listen to you, support you and give you time and space to decide what you want to do. We won't judge you because of what you say or force you to make a decision you do not want to make.

WALL is a fully constituted member of the Women's Aid Federation of England, which is a national domestic violence charity that co-ordinates and supports an England-wide network of over 300 local organisations, which provide over 500 services working to end violence against women and children.
